Ford Ranger T6 (2012–2022) – aluminium hardtop
The T6 Ranger was produced from 2012 to 2022 (including the 2015 and 2019 facelifts). Bed geometry differs from the Next Gen: lower bed walls and a narrower C-channel rail spacing. Our T6 hardtop is built to that specific geometry with a dedicated seal template and tailgate lock cutout.
T6 vehicles most often come to us as Wildtrak, Limited and XLT – for mobile workshops, overland builds and fleet use. The roof is prepared for an expedition rack, roof-top tent and solar panels. Post-2019 facelift trucks use revised mounts – we account for that at the quoting stage.
Ford Ranger Next Gen / T9 (2023+) – aluminium hardtop
The Next Gen (T9) launched in Europe in 2023 with a larger bed, wider rail spacing and a new tailgate handle layout. Our T9 hardtop uses a dedicated template – the T6 unit is not a 1:1 fit and cross-installation is not recommended.
T9 also covers the Raptor (3.0 V6). Here we adapt the hardtop to the factory matte-black roof rails and avoid clashing with the high-mounted reverse light. All variants are powder-coated to the Ford paint code or any RAL of choice.

Which Ford Ranger model years does the Aliff hardtop fit?
We manufacture hardtops fitted to the Ford Ranger T6 (2012–2022) and Ford Ranger Next Gen (2023–2024), including Raptor and Wildtrak variants.
What material is the hardtop made of?
Fully aluminium construction with powder coating. Aluminium is light, corrosion resistant and does not put unnecessary load on the Ranger's suspension.
Can the hardtop be painted to match my vehicle's colour?
Yes. Powder coating is available in any RAL colour or matched to the vehicle paint code.
Can I mount a roof rack or an expedition roof tent?
Yes. The hardtop roof is reinforced and prepared for an expedition rack, a roof-top tent and solar panels.
What is the lead time and how does installation work?
Lead time is agreed individually. We accept the vehicle at our facility in Smardzów near Wrocław – installation is performed on-site.
